How do
I order a painting or artifact?
Simply click on
the link at the bottom of the page where the painting is displayed and quote the
reference number displayed. The reference number looks like S2-123 or
LAR3-12345 or AJ001. The order is sent by standard email and we will reply shortly
afterwards.
Malta & Gozo: Can I
have my paintings or artifacts delivered
?
If you live in the
Maltese Islands, consider it done! Just tell us where and when you
want us to come. For deliveries to Gozo we use Gozo Express
service at a nominal fee but your painting will be safely
delivered to your door. Your art will be covered and
wrapped in appropriate material for protection during transportation.
International
Deliveries: How do you ship paintings and artifacts?
We will ship by DHL,
FedEx, UPS or TNT and orders will be quoted individually according
to the size and weight of the shipment. Payment may be effected by
postal order, bank draft or Swift transfer. Contact us for
details. Shipment will be dispatched on the day the payment is
received. It will take two to three days to arrive to your door
but you are able to trace exactly where your art is during
shipment via facilities provided by the shipper.
Any
preferred methods of payment ?
Maltese Orders : Until now it is strictly
cash on delivery. Cheques accepted against ID.
International Orders : Payment in advance by postal
order, bank draft or Swift transfer, money transfer via FEXCO,
Western Union etc are available.
Are the prices
inclusive or exclusive of VAT ?
All prices on paintings
from stock are exclusive of VAT.
How much would
shipment cost?
It depends on the
weight, destination country. As a guide it will be $28 minimum
plus $2 per rollable canvas painting. Cost may vary slightly and
you will be quoted accordingly. Call or email for artifact
shipment.
How much is
Lm1 in foreign currency ?
Approximately Lm1 is
EUR €2.42, USD $3.1 or GBP £1.68 (Feb 05). When affecting payment
at the bank, post office or money transfer company you will
be given the instantaneous equivalent rate in your currency so you
need not worry about conversion. For convenience most money
transfer firms like Western Union and FEXCO provide payment
services from your home. Contact your nearest representative for
details.
I
would like to view the paintings and artifacts before I take them.
By all means! Just
click on the Reserve painting link below the painting and specify
the painting reference number OR call
us on 79 437846 or kindly leave a message. You can
freely browse through hundreds of oil on canvas paintings, local
art and cultural artifacts. When you click on 'Reserve Painting' you will be 'Reserving' a painting this way
for seven days.
What does 'Reserve Painting' mean ?
Reserve Painting
means that the sale on the painting is withheld for a maximum of 7
days until you decide what to do with the painting, that is
whether to order it and have it delivered or view it personally
before you buy it. However, anyone else interested in the painting
may bid for the painting. Anyone interested in the painting is
advised personally by email of the current bid. After the painting
is viewed or 7 days pass, the highest bidder will have the
painting delivered.
If the painting is
marked 'Reserved' is it still available ?
Yes! Someone
else is interested in the painting but has not bought it yet. The
painting will not be sold until the person reserving the painting
communicates his/her decision whether to take the painting or not,
at the current bidded price.
Do
you have a return policy ?
Yes we do have a
return policy. If you find any problem with any art piece you took, you may return it within three days and you can exchange it for
another one of same size or have a full refund , you choose.
Shipping/transport charges are excluded from refund, any
discounts will be forfeited in full and all the art pieces
must be returned in excellent condition and same status as bought
(unframed, stretched or framed). However if you have any query we
